How to write a great testimony:

Focus more on the story of the heart than the timeline of events. We want to hear how you felt, what you desired and what drove you. If we are unclear about the person, place, time or thing...that's okay. A testimony should focus on the story of the heart.
Be clear about three phases of your story (1) where I was (2) what Jesus did and (3) where I am now
Close with a word of hope for those who might learn from your testimony

Please remember:

Your testimony must be 500 words or less
Plan to read only what you have written on Sunday morning and avoid going "off script"
